The whistleblowing process involves a series of steps: Reporting incidents through a designated link or confidential email, encouraging the inclusion of contact information. Following submission, the confidant conducts an initial review, assessing credibility and determining the report's scope. If needed, a comprehensive and impartial investigation is initiated, involving interviews and evidence collection. Based on the investigation, the Whistleblowing Officer determines appropriate actions, potentially including corrective measures or policy adjustments. The officer then communicates the findings and outcomes to stakeholders, ensuring confidentiality and addressing potential retaliation against the whistleblower.
