Le Nouveau Chef's shareholders, Paul van Luipen and Madelon ten Hoope actively influence the company's direction by collaborating in decision-making, approving strategies, and selecting employees. CEO Paul holds daily responsibility and actively works on international sales, client relationships, developing and implementing business strategies and makes major corporate decisions.
As the Chief Operating Officer (COO/CSO), Marijn Blaauw plays a central role in the day-to-day functioning of Le Nouveau Chef, steering the operational aspects of the business with a focus on sustainability. Marijn oversees daily operations, ensuring efficiency, manages inventory, and supply chain logistics while implementing business strategies that prioritize both production efficiency and sustainable practices. Marijn also ensures efficient production processes and acts as a key executive, serving as the liaison between the management board and the shareholders.
Our Management Board, comprising Paul van Luipen as CEO and Marijn Blaauw as COO/CSO, Susanne van Gelder as Sales Support & Customer Service Manager, Ylmar Haring as Senior Brand Manager and Stephan Beld as Business Development Manager are responsible for the overall management of the company and oversee corporate governance. The board sets the strategy for Le Nouveau Chef, monitors its implementation and reviews its performance and reporting.
Susanne’s role involves overseeing sales operations, managing customer service teams, and driving revenue growth. Responsibilities include developing and implementing sales strategies, monitoring performance, ensuring excellent customer experiences, and fostering a customer-centric culture.
Ylmar’s role involves leading the marketing team, strategizing brand initiatives, overseeing marketing campaigns, ensuring brand consistency and design direction. The role focuses on positioning and promoting the brand, enhancing visibility, and driving customer growth online.
Stephan Beld, our Business Development Manager, is leading the sales team and is responsible for international sales. Stephan's role involves developing and executing strategic sales plans to drive business growth and market expansion. He oversees the sales team fostering a client-focussed sales culture.
As the HR Manager at Le Nouveau Chef, Fleur Aberkrom serves as a key management advisor to the CEO, COO/CSO, and the entire management board. She oversees recruitment, training, and staff development while implementing and ensuring compliance with HR policies and procedures. This role is crucial in shaping the organisation's human resources strategies and creating an environment where employees thrive.
