Terms and Conditions for ‘Free Name Embroidery Campaign’

In addition to our Terms of Service, which can be found here, the following Terms and Conditions apply for this specific campaign. 

Campaign Period: The Free Name Embroidery Campaign ("Campaign") will run from April 29, 2024 to May 27, 2024  ("Campaign Period").

Eligibility: This Campaign is open to individuals who purchase a Chef Jacket of Le Nouveau Chef during the Campaign Period.

Participation Requirement: To qualify for free name embroidery, customers must order a minimum of one (1) Chef Jacket. In case of high demand, shipping might take longer than usual. 

Product Exclusivity: Free name embroidery is exclusively available for Chef Jackets. Other products offered by Le Nouveau Chef are excluded from this Campaign.

Code Requirement: Participants must provide a valid participation code during the checkout process to apply for the free name embroidery offer. The code will be provided by Le Nouveau Chef through promotional materials or online channels.

Embroidery Limitation: The free name embroidery offer is limited to one (1) embroidery per Chef Jacket purchased.

Returns Policy: Due to the customised nature of the embroidery, returns or exchanges for items with free name embroidery are not possible. Customers are advised to ensure accuracy in their order details before finalising their purchase. For more information regarding returns please read our Refund Policy. 

Right to End Campaign Early: Le Nouveau Chef reserves the right to end the giveaway earlier than the specified end date if deemed necessary without any notification.

Modification of Terms: Le Nouveau Chef reserves the right to modify or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will be effective immediately upon posting on the Le Nouveau Chef website or other official channels.
