Terms and Conditions for the "Advent Chance Calendar" Social Media Giveaway

These terms and conditions (hereinafter: "Terms") are an addition to the general terms and conditions of Le Nouveau Chef and specifically apply to the "Chance to win a complete outfit" Advent Calendar giveaway (hereinafter: "Advent Chance Calendar") organized by Le Nouveau Chef B.V. (hereinafter: "Le Nouveau Chef"). By participating in this giveaway, participants agree to these Terms.

  1. Organizer

The "Advent Chance Calendar" is organized by: Le Nouveau Chef B.V., located at De Droogmakerij 29H, 1851 LX Heiloo, The Netherlands.

  1. Campaign Period

The giveaway will take place from December 4, 2024, to December 31, 2024. Each advent post on social media represents an individual giveaway. Participants may enter within 48 hours after the publication of the specific advent post.

  1. Participation Conditions
  • Eligibility
    • Participation is open to individuals aged 18 and older.
    • Employees of Le Nouveau Chef and their immediate family members are excluded from participation.
    • Participation is only valid for individuals with a shipping address within the European Union (EU).
  • How to Participate
    • Leave a comment under the specific advent post on one of Le Nouveau Chef's official social media channels.
    • Only one comment per participant will be considered per advent post.
  • Cost
    • Participation is free of charge.
  • Winner Selection
    • Each post has one winner who will be randomly selected by Le Nouveau Chef 48 hours after the post has been shared.
    • The winner will be announced via a reply to the original advent post and contacted via direct message (DM) on the social media platform.
    • If a winner does not respond within two days, Le Nouveau Chef reserves the right to select an alternative winner.
  1. Prizes
  • The prize for each advent post will be specified in the respective post.
  • Customization options like embroidery or adjustments are not possible with the gifts.
  • Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash.
  • Shipping of the prize is free of charge once within Europe.
  1. Responsibility and Rights
  • Exclusion - Le Nouveau Chef reserves the right to disqualify participants in case of fraud, incomplete participation, or violation of these Terms.
  • Privacy - Personal data of participants will only be used for the execution of the giveaway and processed in accordance with Le Nouveau Chef's privacy policy.
  • Liability - Le Nouveau Chef is not liable for any damages resulting from participation in the giveaway or failure to receive a prize.
  • Right to Modify or Cancel - Le Nouveau Chef reserves the right to modify or cancel the giveaway, including its terms, prizes, or duration, at any time without prior notice.
  1. Publicity

Participants agree that Le Nouveau Chef may use their name when announcing the winner on social media, unless the winner explicitly objects in writing.

  1. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by Dutch law. Any disputes will be submitted to the competent court in the Netherlands.

  1. Final provisions
  • To the extent permitted under applicable mandatory law, Le Nouveau Chef is not liable for any damage to the participant as a result of the "Advent Chance Calendar" including, but not limited to, damage resulting from inability to participate in the "Advent Chance Calendar", disqualification, defects in the prize. the receipt of the prize by an unauthorised person and / or the inability to use a prize.
  • Any printing, spelling, typesetting or other comparable errors cannot be invoked against Le Nouveau Chef and in no way create an obligation for Le Nouveau Chef.
  • Le Nouveau Chef reserves the right to change, terminate, extend and / or change prices or the Promotional Terms and Conditions at any time and without giving reasons, at its sole discretion and without giving reasons.
  • If one or more provisions of the Terms and Conditions of Promotion are null and void or are nullified, Le Nouveau Chef is entitled to determine one or more replacement provisions that approximate the nature and scope of the null or nullified provision as closely as possible without being null or nullified itself.
  • In cases not provided for in the Promotional Terms and Conditions, a decision will be taken by Le Nouveau Chef.
  • Insofar as the "Advent Chance Calendar" qualifies as a "Advent Chance Calendar" game of chance, Le Nouveau Chef acts in accordance with the Code of Conduct for Promotional Games of Chance when offering the Promotion.
  • Only Dutch law applies to the promotion and the promotions Terms and Conditions.
