We absolutely love sharing your unique style with our community on social media and other online channels. But of course, we always want to make sure we have your consent first. Le Nouveau Chef User Generated Content Terms
It's fantastic that you're considering sharing your User Generated Content (UGC) with Le Nouveau Chef. Before giving your consent, we want you to be aware of the following terms:

• By granting Le Nouveau Chef B.V., located at De Droogmakerij 29H, 1815 LX Heiloo, registered in the trade register of the Chamber of Commerce under number 68261497, permission to share your photo, visual, or other moving image that you've posted on Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, or other social media channels, you are providing us with a non-exclusive, royalty-free, and worldwide licence to use your UGC for Le Nouveau Chef marketing and/or advertising purposes.
• Once you give consent, we can use your User Generated Content in any desired form to promote Le Nouveau Chef on various channels such as LeNouveauChef.com, newsletters, emails, and social media.
• You agree that we may use, reuse, distribute, and edit your User Generated Content.
• This licence has no end date. Should you change your mind, there's no need to worry. If you wish for us to stop using your User Generated Content, simply let us know via marketing@lenouveauchef.com.

By sharing your User Generated Content (UGC) with Le Nouveau Chef, you confirm and agree that:

• You are the lawful owner of the User Generated Content and have permission from all individuals appearing in your photo or video.
• All individuals appearing in your User Generated Content are 18 years of age or older.
• Your User Generated Content does not infringe upon intellectual property rights, privacy rights, publicity rights, or other legal rights of third parties. In the event of infringement, we reserve the right to disclose your username to the party claiming that your content is unlawful.
• Le Nouveau Chef has no control over what users post on their social media accounts. As a result, we distance ourselves from any other material posted on the social media account from which we request User Generated Content, particularly if such content may be deemed inappropriate, offensive, insensitive, or objectionable. We do not take responsibility for written statements, actions, and other behaviours performed by the account owner.
• Please be aware that we may remove User Generated Content from our channels at any time without prior notice.
• At Le Nouveau Chef, we don't pay for the use of your User Generated Content, nor do we ask you to relinquish the intellectual property rights associated with it. We simply want to share your passion for our brand with the world.
• We hold you and anyone acting on behalf of Le Nouveau Chef harmless from any claims or demands related to the use of your User Generated Content. Furthermore, we believe in respecting each other's rights and are always here to address any questions you may have.
• Rest assured, your personal data is handled with utmost care and in accordance with our privacy policy. Feel free to check out the latest version of this policy to understand precisely how we protect your data.
• We are incredibly excited about your content and eager to share it with the world! As a result, your User Generated Content will be spread globally – great for increasing your followers, right?
